Syllabus

Mass spectrometry based proteomics is an evolving field with significant advances both in instrumentation and software over the past few years.

The technology provides large amount of data and information and thus requires specialised software for processing and interpretation.

The course will focus on the basics of proteomic data processing and analysis, with emphasis on using freely available software hands-on.

It will also include data processing of targeted proteomics.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course students should be able to:

  • Process discovery proteomics data.
  • Evaluate quality of proteomics data.
  • Process targeted proteomics data.
