Syllabus

This course will cover the basics of phylogenetic analysis, including models of evolution, distance and character methods, Bayesian analysis and phylogenomics.

 

Learning Outcomes

The students should be able to understand and perform the various stages in constructing phylogenetic trees, with emphasis on the use of appropriate tools in different situations.
