Syllabus

This is a required course for all new master students of the Faculty of Physics. In this course the experimental research group leaders from all the departments of the Physics Faculty will give 1-2 hours presentations of their research programs. Students then will spend 3 weeks per semester working in a lab., and at the end give a seminar to the lecturer (MH).

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course students should be able to:

  1. Demonstrate some practice in laboratory /experimental work.
  2. Produce relevant questions concerning the research.
  3. Identify and explain the theory behind experiments.
  4. Formulate results of experiments and present them in a lucid way in a seminar.
