Syllabus

The course is composed of nine chapters, covering the Quantum Hall effects, Topological superconductors, insulators and semi-metals, Topological classification of gapped states, Graphene (including twisted bi-layers), prediction of topological materials, experimental tools and states of topological order.

It will include introductory and summary in-person sessions with the lecturers and viewing assignment per each unit.

Learning Outcomes

The students will become familiar with the basic notions of the field of topological quantum matter, with an emphasis on the physical picture.

Reading List

The course is one long "watching list" - a list of videos prepared by its staff.
